Plain Jane went insane,

After society decided her plainness was lame.

She knew there was nothing more to gain,

Out in the rain, she caught a train,

However, she knew she couldn’t escape her brain.

How dare they say she was plain?

Did they know her? Had they had to carry her chain?

They hadn’t felt her pain,

But they would feel her reign!

She had everything to gain,

And demons that needed to be slain.

Plain Jane would return once more,

To ensure their vain bodies lay dead on the floor.

Improv word: Plain
