Gone skating weekend: Skateboarding and ideas

I have never done an article about my weekend before, mainly because this is really the first weekend since I have been writing regularly on here but if you guys like this, I will carry on with them.

My weekend started off by working out on Saturday morning. People in the know (which I am not) recommend working out in the morning because of lots of reasons and I did and then my day went fucking mental. As soon as I finished working out, my brain went into overload, I was thinking about everything, planning stuff out, reworking old ideas. It was like the feeling you get when you haven’t slept for 36 hours only this time the ideas made sense.

I came up with the idea to make a yearly, monthly, weekly and daily plan. I have been doing daily plans for 3 months or so now and they are really handy for remembering stuff but the idea of the yearly, monthly, weekly plans are to start with massive goals and break them down into easier and easier steps so that when it comes to the daily goals, they are really easy to achieve. If you look at the yearly plan it seems impossible but as you go down and down the plans, they get far more simple. One goal I have on the monthly plan is to ride 400km on my exercise bike. This seems crazy but its only 100k a week, 20 k a day, 5 days a week so that is really easy. I don’t know how it will work out but I will keep you posted on that. Give it a try as well and let me know how it works for you.

On Sunday it started out with planning on going skating, there wasn’t a real plan in place but I thought I would get ready anyway and my mates turned up at my house ready to go so that worked out well. We went for about 8 hours and it was hot!!! Being ginger I got a little burnt but actually got lucky. The skate was amazing, apart from one fall I took that hurt like hell, falling from the top of a bank to the floor right onto my thigh. It was a great day though, beers were had and laughs were had.

That’s pretty much every that happened with my weekend. If you liked this post and want me to write more like this one then please leave a comment below 🙂
