Day in the life 7

I know I said I would see you on Monday but I have been working today so I thought I would update you on all the happenings. I have been working on a personal project, not the one I talked about the other day, another one. This one is a book, just about some little adventures I have had and things like that. It is stuff that I wrote years ago before all of this writing stuff was a reality.

All the looking back over these trips, plus the map on my wall, which we have discussed before as well, has really given me the bug again. I really want to travel, just go somewhere and do something. Travel teaches you so much about yourself and what you are capable of. I would never have dreamed that I would be able to travel hundreds of miles by myself, cross three countries alone on no sleep and return from all of that. That is something that other people can do, but not me. Well, that’s what I thought until I did it.

It’s weird, once you do something that you think is impossible, everything you have ever thought impossible becomes possible. The challenges and impossible stuff I have done would be nothing to someone else but, for me, at one time at least, they were the most inconceivable ideas I could imagine and I guess they are the reason that I am in the position I am in today.

Nothing is impossible, you just have to do the smaller impossible stuff first. If you do a small impossible thing, say put up a shelf when you thought it impossible for you to do, then make a bookcase that you always wanted to make but never thought you could, by the time you get done doing of all of these impossible things, you have an amazing looking house and a lot of skills you never dreamed you would have.

Impossible is just a word, it means different things to us all, some people will find your impossible easy and you will find their impossible easy. Try the impossible and you might find out that it is, in fact, possible. Imagine where you are going to go in life when you break down that wall that was impossible to break down. You will be impossible to stop!
